1. Pricing

All product prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes after your order and before dispatch, we will adjust the VAT accordingly unless you have already paid in full.

Payment is taken at the time of dispatch, and a Dispatch Confirmation Email will be sent. You own the product once full payment is received. If a payment is missed, we may charge interest at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until payment is made.

2. Product Information

Unless stated otherwise, Pavgi Limited is not the manufacturer of the products. Product descriptions, colours, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. Always refer to labels and instructions before use.

We may update products to comply with legal or technical standards. Minor updates will not affect the product’s use.

3. Delivery & Processing

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on the same business day if received before 4pm GMT. Orders after 4pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Options: Available delivery methods and charges are listed on our website and include VAT.

4. Delay or Non-Performance

If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will inform you and work to reduce the delay. If a significant delay occurs, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund for undelivered products.

If our performance is prevented entirely due to such events, we will cancel the contract and issue a refund for undelivered items.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Notify us via the contact methods listed in the Returns Policy or send a cancellation form to:

Return the product within 14 days at your own expense (unless free returns were offered). Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days of cancellation. If it has shipped, refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt or proof of return.

Refunds cover standard delivery costs only. Express or timed delivery charges are non-refundable.

We may reduce your refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

6. Returns Policy

If your item is faulty or not as described, report the issue within 14 days via our website contact form or email (info@pavgi.co.uk). Please include a photo or video of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. We’ll send updates throughout the return process.

7. Warranty

Products have a 12-month warranty (excluding wear, tear, or misuse). We will repair or replace faulty items within this period. Follow the Returns Policy process to initiate a warranty claim.

8. Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • You can get a refund within 30 days if your product is faulty.
  • Up to 6 months: If it can’t be repaired or replaced, you’re entitled to a refund.
  • Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if the product doesn’t last reasonably.

9. Use of Products

Products are for domestic or home-office use only. Use products as instructed by the manufacturer. Alterations to the product or software invalidate the warranty and may void your right to a refund.

10. Customs (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer. Customs policies vary by country. You are considered the importer and must comply with local laws. Cross-border shipments may be opened by customs.

11. Ending the Contract

We may cancel the contract if you do not allow delivery within a reasonable time.

12. Our Liability

We’re liable for foreseeable losses resulting from breach of contract unless:

  • The loss was unforeseeable.
  • It was caused by an event beyond our control.
  • It could have been avoided by following instructions.
  • It relates to business use.

This does not limit our liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Children

We do not sell to children. Users under 18 must use our site with parental involvement. The contract must be entered into by the parent/guardian.

14. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal claims in the courts of England, or if in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts. We may also bring claims in your country of residence.

16. Other Terms

  • We may transfer our contract to another organisation.
  • No third party has rights under this contract.
  • If part of this contract is invalidated, the rest remains in effect.
