You have the legal right to cancel your order and change your mind within 14 days of receiving your product.

To cancel your order:

Once you’ve told us, you’ll need to return the product within 14 days, at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase).

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of return. Without it, we may not issue a refund if the item is lost or delayed.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll process a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

If your order has already been dispatched:

• You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the item (or proof of return), we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days, using your original payment method.
• We do not charge any fees for refunds.

Important: If the returned item has been used, damaged, or is missing packaging/accessories, we may reduce or refuse the refund based on its condition.
